Universal Auto Brokers was founded in 2020 with a single mission: to make starting and running an auto dealership accessible to anyone with the passion and drive to succeed in the industry.

It all began when our founder, Alexandra Richards, experienced the frustration of trying to expand her small dealership across state lines. The complicated and often conflicting requirements, endless paperwork, and lack of support made what should have been an exciting business expansion into a bureaucratic nightmare.

Alexandra knew there had to be a better way. Drawing on her experience in both the automotive industry and operations management, she assembled a team of experts in technology, compliance, and dealer operations to create the first comprehensive platform for dealership creation and management.

What started as a small operation in Atlanta quickly grew as dealers across the country discovered how much easier it was to launch and scale their businesses with Universal Auto Brokers at their side.
